This co-creative process unfolds over three 1:1 marketing & business strategy workshops with Sarah that we call Spark Sessions. We call these workshops Spark Sessions because they’re designed to do just that: Spark the flame you need for your next level, whatever that may be.

— The Spark Sessions Process —

  • 01. Make the Connection

    My goal is for every client to be a success story.

    That's why after you apply to become a Spark Sessions client, I'll first schedule a get to know you Zoom session or (or asynchronously over Voxer, if you prefer) to talk through your goals and make sure it's a perfect fit.

  • 02. Make it Official

    Once you're ready to move forward, sign the contract, select your start date, and make a payment or establish a cashflow-friendly payment plan.

    This outlines are time working together so that we are on the same page. Of course, you're welcome to ask questions and make sure everything feels good for you before committing.

  • 03. Collaborate on the Spark Sessions Workbook

    This dive into your business sets the stage for our work together.

    In a collaborative Google Doc, we'll explore your backstory, aspirations, what's working, and what could be a bit easier. Clients tell us this workbook alone is invaluable! It's yours to keep and update for years to come.

  • 04. Clarify Workshop

    Sparking a business and marketing strategy that charts a new course isn't possible without creating clarity around your why, what you're working towards, and what you stand against.

    This all informs your marketing framework. We'll also choose which area (offers, content, or frameworks) to emphasize during our work together. This session is 2 to 2.5 hours long.

  • 05. Create Workshop

    Now that we understand your mission, movement, and audience it's time to get to work developing a search-optimized content plan to build your visibility and expand your reach.

    This session is 2 to 2.5 hours long.

  • 06. Cultivate Workshop

    To close out our work together, we'll tie it all together, ensuring your message, mission, content, pricing, and services are all aligned.

    We often have a lot of breakthroughs in this 2 to 2.5 hour workshop, so be prepared to leave energized and excited!

    I offer quarterly and monthly strategy retainers exclusively to previous clients, as well as a la carte services at a special "alum" rate.

  • Spark Sessions is currently $3,750. Payment plans are available without penalty.

  • Yes. Depending on your start date, payment plans of varying lengths are available to make cashflow easier for you.

    • Three structured workshops with Sarah (approximately two hours to two and a half hours each)

    • Email or Voxer access between sessions

    • Deep dive questionnaire to spark your strategy

    • Co-creative SEO content planning

    • Access to supporting resources

    • Our entire client marketing resource library

    • Notion workspace for you to use forever

    • Access to special past client exclusive services

  • Spark Sessions is a 1:1 solution, but you are welcome to share your recordings with your team!

  • We'll discuss this both in your complimentary Alignment Call and in our first session, in which we set goals together.

    However, we generally identify your top priorities. Clients often select two or so of the following:

    1. Content strategy

    2. Framework development

    3. Offer refinement and creation

    4. Messaging and message strategy

    5. SEO funnel development

    6. Some sort of hybrid of the above

    The reality is that I know every single client is unique, and every solution is unique, that's why all of my services are flexible and custom.

  • These are two entirely different services!

    Strategy sessions are for one you need a quick, one hour advice session.

    The six week Spark Sessions sprint is focused work together. You have access to me outside of our sessions (Voxer or email), and we work together towards solving your biggest challenges.

  • I love this—it’s always smart to align your foundation work with an SEO overhaul. Much of the time, unless your site is very small, it will be a better value to do our Alignthority™ Accelerator instead of these two standalone services. You can also start with Spark Sessions and upgrade to the accelerator within 90 days.

  • Fun fact: About half of my Spark Sessions clients are exactly that!
