When you’re ready to make your next move, strategic planning is essential.

And, while my Spark Sessions program is often best if you’re in the midst of a pivot or significant business shift, it’s not the best solution for all situations.

Instead, my Strategy Jumpstart is just the ticket to supporting you in taking your next step forward. In a half-day intensive (2.5-3 hours, with a break as appropriate), we’ll focus on your content strategy, your offer redesign, or another singular business or marketing move.

Then, for the next 30 days, I’ll support you over Voxer as you Back Pocket Strategist as you work through our strategic plan, reviewing anything you’ve created to make it even more awesome.

By the end of 30 days, you’ll be ready for your next steps, with a laser-focused strategy supporting you along the way.

Is the strategy Jumpstart the right move for you?

The Strategy Jumpstart is great for you if you have a baseline of information about your business: what’s worked, who you enjoy working with, and a general idea of your business goals. If you’re not confident in those areas, you’ll be better supported via Spark Sessions or the Alignthority® Accelerator. You don’t need to have all the answers, but we have to have something to work with!

FAQs About the Strategy Jumpstart

Marketing & Business Strategy Consulting Intensive

An intensive, while a format gaining in popularity, is still a newer concept for most people. So, I’m happy to answer your questions!

  • The strategy intensive is not enough time for this process. Spark Sessions or the Alignthority® Accelerator are more appropriate for this process.

  • We can and should take a break during our intensive to stretch, eat, or play with our dogs. However, it is a single-session offer with an optional follow-up. If you’d like a multi-session option, you’ll love the flexibility of Spark Sessions!

  • We use my Alignthority® topic cluster methodology to plan your content. While we start with your blog, since that’ll get people onto your website and into your marketing ecosystem, you can adapt this approach to any marketing platform. Cool, right?

  • I use Voxer to support my clients because it helps create clear separation between business and personal.

    This simple walkie-talkie app (it’s free for you!) is easy to use and allows you to send my voice or text notes whenever you want my thoughts or to share a win.

  • Savvy service businesses create what’s called a “product ladder,” which are interconnected services that clients can move up and down. For example, this intensive sits in the middle of my product ladder and is both an appropriate entry point service and an option for returning clients.

    This works best when you have a core philosophy or sphere of authority (I have an exercise we can do to determine your own sphere of authority).

  • Sure thing! We have special services for returning clients that you can take advantage of.

  • No. Human created content ranks better and is more effective.

    Additionally, we have concerns about both intellectual property and environmental implications of leaning on these tools in sensitive fields.
